Standards referenced

This checklist is a working aid, not a substitute for the standards themselves or for the wiring rules in force where you are installing.

Array-side workmanship checks. Most long-run DC faults are made on the day of installation, not years later.

The initial verification sequence, in the order the tests should actually be performed, with the record each one produces.

Additional checks that apply once a battery is part of the system, on top of the PV commissioning sequence.

The yearly visit. Twenty minutes of measurement here catches the failures that otherwise show up as a year of quiet under-production.

The administrative path. Missing one of these is the most common reason a finished system sits unenergised for weeks.
